FRAM® Fresh Breeze cabin air filters can keep up to 98% of road dust and pollen particles from entering a vehicle. The only cabin air filter that uses the natural deodorizing properties of ARM & HAMMER™ baking soda. Contaminants that enter the vehicle with outside air through the vehicle’s air conditioning, heating and ventilation system can become concentrated and expose passengers to road dust, dirt and allergens at higher levels than outside the car.

TOOLS: Phillips-head Screwdriver Standard Screwdriver
LOCATION OF CABIN FILTER: Behind the glove compartment behind an access door on the passenger side of the vehicle.
REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION.
With the glove box closed remove the 2 screws at the bottom. Your vehicle may have pivot pins that can be removed instead of the screws; if that is the case remove the pivot pins.
Open the glove box and remove the 4 screws along the top of the glove box including the 2 screws securing the latch. Remove the glove box assembly.
In the void where the glove box was you should see a metal clip that secures the filters to the bottom of the housing. Using a standard screwdriver remove the clip. If you do not see that clip your vehicle could have a plastic panel covering this area. If so remove this plastic panel by removing the 7 screws and 1 pin that secures that panel and remove the panel. After removal of the panel use the standard screwdriver to remove the clip.
Once clip is removed remove the 2 filters from the housing by pulling them out. You may need to lift up on the top filter to remove the bottom filter.
Install the new filters. When installing them you will need to install the top filter first and lock it into position. Not until the top filter is installed and locked properly into position will the second filter be able to be installed.
Re-install the clip that locks the bottom filter into the housing.
Re-install the plastic panel (if your vehicle had this step) and the 7 screws and 1 clip securing it. If not move to step 8.
Reposition the glove box in place and re-install the 4 screws at the top. Remember to install the latch at this time also.
Close the glove box and re-install the 2 screws or pins at the bottom of the glove box depending on your model.
