FRAM Extra Guard®

Most dirt in your engine enters through your air filter. That’s why our experts at FRAM® engineering laboratories recommend changing your engine air filter every 12,000 miles (20,000 kilometers).1 After all, a new air filter can increase airflow and horsepower and improve overall engine performance.2

Where To Shop

  1. A clean air filter helps keep damaging particles from entering your engine and causing increased engine wear.
  2. Dirty air filters restrict airflow, which can contribute to decreased acceleration and horsepower and reduced overall performance.
