LOCATION OF CABIN FILTER: In front of the windshield under the cowl vent screen on the passenger side of the vehicle.
REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION.
Position the windshield wiper arms perpendicular to the windshield and remove by turning the retaining clips at the base of the arm counterclockwise hold retaining clip outward lift and remove wiper arm (both wiper arms must be removed).
Locate the six screws at the base of the windshield and remove.
Open the hood. Locate and remove along the forward edge of the cowl vent screen the four plastic screws.
Remove the four screw anchors by pushing upward on the screw anchor.
Lift up the cowl vent screen to locate and disconnect the windshield washer hose at the Y connector.
Carefully lift out and remove the cowl vent screen.
On the passenger side of the vehicle locate the cabin filter cover and remove the four screws that secure the cover.
Remove the cabin filter cover.
Remove the dirty filter and filter frame.
Remove the dirty filter element from the filter frame by pulling the filter element forward and lifting. Replace clean element in filter frame.
Reverse procedure to complete filter installation.
