  • Description

FRAM® Fresh Breeze cabin air filters can keep up to 98% of road dust and pollen particles from entering a vehicle. The only cabin air filter that uses the natural deodorizing properties of ARM & HAMMER™ baking soda. Contaminants that enter the vehicle with outside air through the vehicle’s air conditioning, heating and ventilation system can become concentrated and expose passengers to road dust, dirt and allergens at higher levels than outside the car.

    • Filters up to 98% of dust, pollen and other contaminants
    • ARM & HAMMER baking soda combined with carbon embedded in the filter assists in cleaning outside air flowing through the vehicle’s ventilation system
    • Helps protect your vehicle's heating and air conditioning unit while also keeping it working efficiently
    • Installs on average in 15 minutes

  • Installation

TOOLS: May use a Standard Screwdriver.

LOCATION OF CABIN FILTER: Behind the glove box.

REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION.

    1. Sit in the passenger side seat and open the glove box.
    2. Look on the right hand side of the glove box and you will see an arm connected to the glove box. This is the dampener arm. Use a standard screwdriver to pry the arm loose from the glove box and allow the arm to hang free.
    3. Look inside the glove box and you will see two stops - one on each side towards the back of the glove box. Remove the stops by pushing in on each from the outside while pulling them free from the glove box on the inside.
    4. Once these stops are removed allow the glove box to hang down towards the floor on its bottom hinge.
    5. Look in the void left where the glove box was and you will see a cabin filter housing cover. Remove this cover by pressing in on the clips on either side and disengaging it from the housing.
    6. Remove the old filter from the housing and insert the new filter with its air flow indicator arrow pointing down.
    7. Replace the housing cover and secure it in place.
    8. Partially close the glove box until the holes that the stops go in are past the glove box frame and reinsert the stops on each side.
    9. Snap the dampener arm back on the side of the glove box.
    10. Close the glove box.
