  • Description

FRAM® Fresh Breeze cabin air filters can keep up to 98% of road dust and pollen particles from entering a vehicle. The only cabin air filter that uses the natural deodorizing properties of ARM & HAMMER™ baking soda. Contaminants that enter the vehicle with outside air through the vehicle’s air conditioning, heating and ventilation system can become concentrated and expose passengers to road dust, dirt and allergens at higher levels than outside the car.

    • Filters up to 98% of dust, pollen and other contaminants
    • ARM & HAMMER baking soda combined with carbon embedded in the filter assists in cleaning outside air flowing through the vehicle’s ventilation system
    • Helps protect your vehicle's heating and air conditioning unit while also keeping it working efficiently
    • Installs on average in 15 minutes

    Tools: Torx wrench set

Location of filter: Behind the glove box on the passenger side of the vehicle.

SPECIAL NOTE: On some models it may not be necessary to remove the glove box to change the cabin filter. If you look below the glove box and see that you can remove the cabin filter cover without removing the glove box then skip the steps below showing you how to remove the glove box.

REMOVE ALL DEBRIS IN AND AROUND FILTER LOCATION.

    1. Remove the dash panel trim to the right of the glove box by pulling it loose with your hand.
    2. Remove the two screws at the bottom of the glove box.
    3. Open the glove box and remove the three screws at the top of the glove box.
    4. Remove the glove box from the vehicle.
    5. Look in the back left corner of the void left by removing the glove box and you will see the cabin filter cover.
    6. Open the cover by unlatching it at the bottom and pulling it loose.
    7. Remove the dirty filters by pulling them straight out one at a time. When you pull the bottom filter out the top should drop down. If not pull it down so it can be removed.
    8. Install the first filter in the housing and slide it up. Install the second filter.
    9. Reinstall and latch the cabin filter cover.
    10. If you had to remove the glove box put it back into position and reinstall the three top screws with the glove box open.
    11. Close the glove box and install the two bottom screws.
    12. Reinstall the dash panel trim to the right of the glove box.
